The Cabinet will be formed and the government program devised by February 14, Prime Minister designate Vlad Filat said in an interview for Radio Free Europe on January 3. He stated that only competent persons will enter the future Government, Info-Prim Neo reports. “It is important that the Government be structured efficiently and that it include only qualified persons. I will then be very principled. Now we speak about ministries and institutions, not persons. We will have separate discussions as regards the personnel as these departments must have a good performance during four years,” said the Premier. According to reports, the Liberal Democratic Party will be responsible for seven portfolios in the Government, while the Democratic Party and the Liberal Party – for five each.
