The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) launched a new webpage providing information about the quality of public electronic communication services, IPN has learned from the Agency.

Earlier, the ANRCETI set the quality parameters for seven types of public electronic communication services. The providers must quarterly present relevant information to the Agency and publish it on their own websites.

The quality parameters refer mainly to the terms for connecting subscribers to the network and for starting providing the service, expressed in calendar days, and the terms for removing technical faults and for dealing with complaints from end-users.

The data about the quality of the public electronic communication services in the forth quarter of this year will be published on the ANRCETI’s website in February 2014.
