A minibus full of passengers overturned in a traffic circle near Ion Creanga University in Chisinau after a strong collision with an all-terrain vehicle, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Ion Capatina, the spokesperson for the General Police Commissariat, one person was severely injured in the accident. An ambulance was called at around 12:45 and was still at the scene when the story was originally published (13:00).
