The Government approved the institution of a new unit of deputy minister at the Ministry of Justice, who will represent the executive in the Constitutional Court and other courts, IPN reports.

Among the tasks of the new deputy minister will be to coordinate the matters concerning cases whose period of examination expired, cases regarding the recovery of large damages by private individuals and other difficult cases.
