A person died and two other were severely injured in a traffic accident on Renasterii Boulevard yesterday evening at 6:30PM, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Silvia Untura, doctor coordinator at the Chisinau Emergency Service, the accident involved three cars. One of the passengers, a 52-year old man, died on the scene before the ambulance crew arrived. An American expatriate female doctor, 31, suffered a closed fracture of the ribs and miscarriage. She was 2 weeks pregnant. Another young woman, 27, suffered brain injury, contusions of the internal organs and traumatic shock. Both were rushed to the Emergency Hospital.
