A young man died, while two men suffered injuries when a car collided with a tanker at a filling station in Vulcănești town on February 1, IPN reports.

According to the General Police Inspectorate, the tanker carrying gas was struck laterally by a car when it was turning left to enter the gas station.

Consequently, the car driver died on the spot, while a car passenger and the tanker driver were rushed to the district hospital for receiving medical care.

The man who died was 18 and was from Etulia village of Vulcănești district.
