19% of the respondents of an opinion poll said they take an active part in the current election campaign, helping the parties perform different activities, organizing meetings or placing posters. One in ten respondents admitted to taking money, presents or food from a certain political party.
The survey was commissioned by IPN News Agency to the Marketing and Polling Institute IMAS. In a news conference on November 13, IMAS director Doru Petrutsi said the parties engage mainly young people in the election campaign. It is an electoral strategy that turned out to be efficient. The participants in the campaign are mainly working people with higher education living in cities and municipalities.
The respondents were asked to name two parties that can carry out particular tasks. The PLDM is considered the best in promoting Moldova’s rapprochement with the EU by 32% of the respondents. 23.3% of those polled said that the PLDM also fostered progress in the education sector. As a result of the conducted campaigns, the PDM was placed the first by the support provided to women and families. More than 20% of the respondents trust the PDM will achieve results in these areas.
The poll “Perspective of the active Moldovan voters before the parliamentary elections II” was carried out between Novembr 1 and 10. The margin of sampling error is plus-minus 3.1%.
