A person died and three were injured in a road accident last night, Wednesday, August 29, on the way out of Salcuta village, Causeni district. Traffic Police Department’s press officer Aurelia Mija told Info-Prim Neo that the preliminary version is that the driver was speeding and lost control of the wheel, crashing into a tree on the roadside. The four young people were traveling in a Citroen Berlingo car. The driver was a 23 year old woman, who had obtained her driving license four years ago. Because she was driving on an uneven gravel road, she misjudged the speed, departed the roadway and crashed into a tree laterally. The impact was lethal for a 24 year old young man on the backseat. The driver and two passengers, aged 27 and 28, were hospitalized with various bodily wounds. The four of them were going to Chisinau when the accident happened.
