The commission responsible for selecting candidates for the post of judge of the Constitutional Court on behalf of the Government accepted only one candidate of the five to the public interview stage as the other candidates failed the written test, IPN reports.

Veaceslav Zaporojan scored 54 points of 65 possible at a time when the minimum score for passing the test was 45.

The public interview will take place on November 27, 2015.

The commission called on all the media outlets, public and private institutions that possess relevant information and consider that the commission should know it before taking a final decision as to the admission to the public interview to submit it.
