Moldova's representatives Olia Tira & Sunstroke Project have qualified for the final of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Run Away, after opening the competition on Tuesday evening. Seventeen countries battled it out for 10 places in Saturday's grand final, Info-Prim Neo reports. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Greece, Portugal, Belarus, Serbia, Belgium, Albania and Iceland went through to the final together with Moldova. Estonia, Slovakia, Finland, Latvia, Poland, Malta and Macedonia left the competition. For the first time this year, the televoting started at the beginning of the contest, not after all the competitors have performed. The second semifinal will take place on Thursday, May 27, with Lithuania to open the competition. The final on May 29 will start at 22.00. France, Germany, Spain and the UK as well as last year's winner Norway have qualified automatically for the grand final.
