Oleg Efrim, Mihai Moldovanu and Pavel Filip make their interest statements public
Oleg Efrim’s wife is a shareholder of SRL “privesc.eu”, Pavel Filip owns shares in SA “Bucuria”, while Mihai Moldovanu has shares in the agricultural company SRL “Avisalim”, from where he gets a salary of over 85 000 a year. The officials made the given information public within the “Interests in Sight” campaign, carried out by the Association of Independent Press (API) and the Anticorruption Alliance, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the API.
Oleg Efrim has a monthly salary of 7 810 lei as minister of justice, and of 1,306 lei as a lecturer at the State University of Moldova. He is also the co-founder of the Noncommercial Law Center. His wife Violeta Marian Efrim did not indicate a job, but she heads the Noncommercial Law Center. She also owns 5% of the shares in SRL “privesc.eu” and earns dividends of 270 lei. Violeta Marian Efrim also owns 50% of the shares in SRL “Elvicom”, from where she earns 2 700 lei, and 50% of the shares in SRL “Legal 4 Business”, from where she earns also 2 700 lei. Oleg Efrim’s sister-in-law Eleonora Marian is an associate of SRL “Privesc.eu”.
Minister of Information and Communication Technology Pavel Filip has a salary of 8 520 lei. He is a member of the Political Executive Council of the Democratic Party (PDM), and the head of the Chisinau municipal organization of the PDM. Pavel Filip is a shareholder of SA “Bucuria”. His wife Tatiana Filip is the director of SRL “Burex”, from where she gets a salary of 4 400 lei. Their sons, Iulian Filip and Dumitru Filip, are associates of SRL “Burex”.
Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Moldovanu has a salary of 8 000 lei. He is a member of the Permanent Bureau of the Liberal Party and the co-founder of SRL “Avisalim”. His brother Andrei Moldovanu is the mayor of Ordasei village of Telenest district.
