OCEMN Internal Ministers Meeting is held ni Bucharest
Adoption of the Joint declaration of Ministers of Internal Affairs of the states of the Black Sea Economic Community (OCEMN) is the main event of the meeting of Internal Affairs and Public Order Ministers, held in Bucharest.
MAI spokesman Andrei Slutu reported that a delegation of MAI of Chisinau participates as well at this meeting, lead by the minister Gheorghe Papuc. This meeting was preceded by the meeting of the Working Group on Ccoperation in the field of Fighting Organised Crime and the first meeting of the Network of Liaison Officers within OCEMN.
In Bucharest, Gheorghe Papuc will meet with his Romanian counterpart Vasile Blaga, then they will conclude the Protocol between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova and the Ministry of Administration and Internal of Romania for implementing the Bilateral Inter-Governmental Agreement regarding foreigners’ admission. This document stipulates cooperation between both countries in order to ensure the disposals regarding the persons circulation, respect of rights and guarantees stipulated by the international laws and regulations in force.
