The observers of the Coalition 2007 continue to call attention to the violations in the polling stations throughout Moldova, the second report of the Coalition 2007 reads. Several violations refer to pressures on observers. The report mentions that the Transnistrian forces arrested the Dutch observer Robert Hornquist in Tiraspol, and the national observer Dumitru Cozmolici, both from the International Communication and Human Rights Centre, as well as Andrei Hancu, candidate running for councillor. The poll-watchers also discovered irregularities related to electoral advertisement in favour of certain candidates, and the attempt of several candidates running for councillors in Cricova to violate the secrecy of the vote by asking the voters to say whom they have voted for.
