The MP of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) Oazu Nantoi came with a reaction after he suffered an accident after jumping with the parachute in Bulgaria. He noted the additional examinations performed in Chisinau showed the trauma is not serious and his rehabilitation can last shorter than it was initially presumed, IPN reports.
In a post on Facebook, Oazu Nantoi said that on July 24 he took part in the East European Accuracy Cup, the stage hosted by Bulgaria, and suffered an injury when he landed after jumping with the parachute. The local medical examinations showed he should be taken home in a horizontal and fixed position. As he could not drive his car home to Moldova, he used the services of a SMURD team.
The MP thanked all the persons who showed their compassion and consideration in connection with the incident that involved him.
PAS MP Oazu Nantoi was admitted to the Emergency Medicine Institute and his state of health is stable. Contacted by IPN for details, the Institute’s director Mihail Ciocanu said the patient is being examined and more details will be presented in a press release later.
