The average monthly pay in November this year was 2,750.5 lei. Compared with November last year, it rose by 4.3%. The real salary increased by 5.0% to 2,888.1 lei, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the National Bureau of Statistics. The average salary in the budgetary sphere was 2,516.4 lei, an increase of 16.2% compared with the same month of last year. The January-November average monthly salary in the national economy was 2,701.8 lei, up 8.5% compared the same period last year. The real salary in the period increased by 8.6%. In the budgetary sphere, the average salary was 2,357.6 lei (+21.6%), while in the real sector of the economy – 2,901.0 lei (+5%). The highest average salaries were paid in the financial and banking sector – 5,540 lei, in the energy sector – 4,469 lei, in the area of transactions with real estate – 3,439 lei, in the transport and communications sector – 3,604 lei. The average salary in agriculture was only 1,409 lei, while in the service sector – 2,161 lei.
