Nobody submitted applications for the tender related to the sell of Antena C and Euro TV

Nobody submitted applications for participating in the investment contest on selling the municipal stations Antena C and Euro TV till Friday, January 5. Ghenadie Gluscenco, the head of the Chisinau City Hall Legal Department told Info-Prim Neo that till this date only 3 persons acquired the tender book. The contest will be organised in 2 stages. At the first stage, after all the bids will be placed, the tender commission will determine the most advantageous offers. The winners will be selected at the second stage. The commission will designate the winner on the basis of several criteria. The participants who want to win must offer the best price, the most advantageous obligations in what concerns the fulfilment of the commitments, must pay off the debts, maintain the stations and develop the companies etc. The bids can be placed till January 15. The CMC decided on December 14 through the vote of the communist and Christian Democrat councillors to organise an investment contest to sell the 2 stations. This decision displeased the staffs of the two stations and generated protests which engaged staffs, the civil society and political parties. Thirty-seven employees of the two institutions have submitted a request for summoning the Chisinau Municipal Council and interim mayor Vasile Ursu in court, soliciting to urgently suspend the procedure of selling the two institutions and annul the precursory normative documents.
