Most expat Moldovans voted at the polling stations in Italy, 5,500 voters. By 14:00 no vote was cast at the polling station hosted by the Moldovan Embassy in Athens. In the US and Canada the polling stations opened at 15:00 Chisinau's time. 75 out-of-country polling stations were established for the November 28 elections.
