It is several days until the end of the contest to fill the post of head of the Chisinau General Division of Education, Youth and Sport, but no application has been yet submitted. The deadline for submissions is February 1, IPN reports.

Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca, in the January 30 meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions, said a new contest will be announced, but applications can be submitted on the last day so as to prevent the press from disseminating names. “We will see if this hypothesis is confirmed or there are some other reasons,” noted the mayor.

The post of head of the Chisinau General Division of Education, Youth and Sport fell vacant after Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb withdrew following the expiration of her contract at the end of 2016.
