Nicole Timofti signs decrees to name judges to posts

The head of state issued decrees appointing judges to work at courts of law in the municipality of Chisinau and in the country for a five-year period. The candidates were proposed by the Supreme Council of Magistrates, IPN has learned from the presidential press service.

Dorin Dulghieru was named as president of the Buiucani Court, Vladislav Clima as vice president of the Ciocana Court, Valentina Criucicova as vice president of the Calarasi Court, while Viorica Ursu as vice president of the Criuleni Court.

By presidential decrees, Renata Popescu was confirmed as judge at the Anenii Noi Court, Ludmila Holevitskaya as judge at the Rascani Court in Chisinau, while Ghenadie Eremciuc as judge at the Balti Court.

In a meeting at the State Residence, the head of state warned the judges about the responsibility they bear in the period of reforming the state institutions, underlining that those who will commit violations will be penalized and excluded from the legal system.
