The President of Moldova Nicolae Timofti will be making an official visit to Belarus, at the invitation of his Belarusian counterpart Aleksandr Lukashenko, on July 16 – 17. The two heads of state will have official discussions and will make statements for the press, IPN reports.
According to the presidential press service, the dialogue between the two heads of state will center on the economic and other components of the bilateral relations. They will sign a series of agreements on Moldovan-Belarusian cooperation in economy, trade, energy, agriculture, industry, infrastructure, public administration and other areas.
President Timofti will be accompanied by ministers, presidential advisers and diplomats.
