Moldova’s President Nicolae Timofti will take part in the Summit of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) that will be held in the capital of Belarus Minsk on October 9-10, IPN reports.
According to the presidential press service, on October 10 Nicolae Timofti will take part in the restricted meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State and will then attend the extended meeting, in the presence of delegations.
Moldova’s official delegation consists of secretary general of the Staff of Moldova’s President Ion Paduraru, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affair and European Integration Valeriu Chiveri, Deputy Minister of Economy Octavian Calmic, and Moldova’s Ambassador to Belarus Gheorghe Hioara.
