President Nicolae Timofti signed a decree authorizing the Government to take office, based on the vote of confidence given by Parliament on May 30, IPN reports.

The swearing in ceremony will take place in the afternoon of May 31. The Cabinet members will take an oath before the head of state.

The Leanca Government received a vote of confidence from 58 MPs. Also on May 30, the PLDM, PDM and the group of Hadarca constituted a parliamentary majority.
