The State Hydrometeorology Service issued a new yellow code advisory for difficult weather conditions for the period between January 28 and January 31, IPN reports.

Heavy rain is expected in the southern and central parts of the country in the evening of January 28 and on the night of January 29. The eastern wind will intensify to 15-20 m/s. There will be blizzards in parts that will form snowdrifts. Ice will appear on the roads.

On January 31, the average daytime temperature will decrease by 5-7°C.
