The Government today appointed Alexandru Sonic as state secretary to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure. A University of Oxford graduate, Sonic has a 13 years’ experience working with an investment bank. 

Also today the Government appointed Alexandru Voloc, a pediatrician and university professor, as state secretary to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection. 

At the same time, the environmentalist Iuliana Cantaragiu was appointed state secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment.
