Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Gheorghe Balan, the chief negotiator of Chisinau to the  Transnistrian conflict settlement talks, has told IPN that the next round of talks in the “5+2” format will take place in Vienna during November 27-28. The invitation was received by Chisinau in the afternoon of November 14.

Gheorghe Balan said that at the next stage they will formulate proposals for the agenda of the meeting. These will refer to the “Berlin plus” package, namely the problem of access to farmland, the situation of Moldovan-administered, Romanian-language schools and the movement of motor vehicles registered in the Transnistrian region.

The invitation was made by the mediators to the Transnistrian conflict settlement talks Russia, Ukraine and OSCE.
