New regulations for construction sector
The Government approved new regulations concerning the collection and use of money for financing woks to create the normative basis in constructions, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to Minister of Construction and Territorial Development Vladimir Baldovici, the funds for financing woks to create the normative basis in constructions are used to work out new normative documents, to review and modify certain stipulations of the documents that contain the technical construction rules, to publish and republish the normative documents, etc.
The costs of working out normative documents in constructions are covered from the state budget, with the participation of investors and construction owners, regardless of the type of property, the minister said.
Under the regulations, the investors and construction owners will transfer 0.5% of the volume of investment in fixed capital to the budget for the constructions that are not financed from the national public budget, but not more than 50,000 lei per building. Punishments will be imposed if the money is not transferred in due time.
The regulations contains a number of stipulations regarding the formulation of the normative documents in constructions, the utilization of the funds designed for woks to create the normative basis in constructions and the model of the annual thematic plan for working out the normative documents financed from the funds allocated for carrying out woks to create the normative basis in constructions.
