New migration assistance project to be launched in Moldova
With the help of several international organisations, a new project of assisting asylum and migration development is to be launched in Moldova. This is going to take place concurrently with the PHARE Twinning Romanian-German project, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the project is launched on an initiative of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees from of Germany and is to be implemented together with the Romanian Office for Refugees and the Authority for Foreigners.
The launching of the project is expected to take place on May 14-15. There are expected to participate at the event representatives of the Migration and Asylum Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees of Germany, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administrative Reform of Romania, the Romanian Office for Refugees and the Authority for Foreigners, Romanian and German Embassies and European Commission delegation to Moldova.
The seminar “Asylum procedures in Germany and international cooperation” is scheduled for May 15.
The official launching of the project will take place in the premises of “Flowers” Hotel, located on Anestiade Street, 7, in Chisinau.
