The Constitutional Court on February 25 validated the seat of MP of Nikita Țurcan, who entered Parliament on the Socialist ticket, IPN reports.
Nikita Țurcan until now served as a councilor on the Chisinau Municipal Council on behalf of the Party of Socialists.
The seat of MP became vacant following the death of MP Ivan Zabunov.
