New local mayoral elections will take place in seven localities of Moldova on November 21 this year. A decision to this effect was taken by the Central Election Commission on June 17, IPN reports.
The elections will be held in Ucrainca village of Căușeni district, Hârtop village of Cimișlia district, Cupcini town of Edineț district, Ișcălău commune of Fălești district, Pârlița commune of Fălești district, Camenca commune of Glodeni district and Negurenii Vechi village of Ungheni district.
In Hârtop, the post of mayor fell vacant after the person resigned, while in the other six settlements – following the death of the elected mayors.
