The Cabinet reviewed the norms for determining the state of alcoholic inebriation of a minimum level. In the blood, the limit will be 0.5 g/l, as opposed to the previous norm of 1.0 g/l, while in exhaled air – 0.3 mg/l, in contrast to 0.5 mg/l until now, IPN reports.
According to the executive, the changes were made with the aim of preventing the abuse of alcohol, of removing the consequences of alcohol dependence and of promoting a healthy lifestyle.
