A new IT management system will be implemented at the City Hall of the municipality of Chisinau. The goal of the system is to improve the control over the documents and to increase transparency in the local public administration. This decision belongs to the Chisinau Municipal Council, Info-Prim Neo reports. The new authorised IT system will allow both the control of the documents and analysis of the way the documents are executed. At the same time the system will make possible working out statistic and analytic data. According to the Public Relations Department, an analysis of the present state of affairs shows that there are insufficient computers within City Hall’s Departments and the existent ones are more then 7 year old. Local authorities will organise a bid for selecting the optimal offer within a week and will draw up the tender book for the implementation of the new informational system.
