New mayoral elections will take place in Camenca village of Glodeni district on May 16. The Central Election Commission (CEC) took a decision to this effect on March 2, IPN reports.
CEC chairman Dorin Cimil said the mayor’s term in office ended earlier owing to his death.
Earlier, the Commission decided that new mayoral elections on May 16 will also be held in Hârtop village of Cimișlia districts and in Negurenii Vechi village of Ungheni distcit.
