New mayoral elections will be held in Stefanesti commune of Floresti district on November 19, 2017. A decision to this effect was taken in the June 6 meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC), IPN reports.
The Commission’s president Alina Russu said that new elections will be organized in connection with the death of the mayor of Stefanesti, about which the CEC was informed.
