The providers of electronic communications services will lose the license allowing using channels, frequencies or numbering resources if they do not use it for over 12 months. A bill to this effect was passed by Parliament in the first reading, IPN reports.
The bill provides that the technical permit can be annulled if the allocated radio resources remain unused for more than 12 months.
The bill aims to ensure the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of end-users of public electronic communications services.
