33 new bus stops will be set up along national public roads, both within and outside built-up areas. This is planned in a subprogram developed by the State Road Administration, part of the 2023 Road Fund Distribution Program.

The State Road Administration said in a press release that the locations were selected based on requests from local public authorities in all districts.

Currently in the design phase, the bus stops are to be built by the end of 2023.

The estimated value of the project is approximately 4.5 million lei.
