The book “Carabutel’s Adventures” intended for children of preschool age and first-fourth graders was launched at the Children’s Library “Ion Creanga” in Chisinau on December 22, Info-Prim Neo reports. The book’s author, businessman Vladimir Bolea, said that “Carabutel’s Adventures” is dedicated to his daughter Smaranda, who is a second grader. The book is about three friends who one day decided to build a raft and sail around the native village. “I see me and my childhood in Carabutel,” said Vladimir Bolea, who is from Carabetovca village situated in southern Moldova. The author plans to write the continuation of “Carabutel’s Adventures” Vladimir Bolea’s first book is available from libraries and bookstores. It was issued in 1,000 copies.
