New ambassadors of Italy and Czech Republic present copies of credentials

The new ambassadors of Italy and the Czech Republic presented the copies of their credentials. Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Dumitru Socolan had meetings with the officials at the Ministry, IPN reports.

The dialogue with the ambassador-designate of the Italian Republic Lorenzo Tomassoni centered on the development of the political relations within the consolidated partnership existing between the two states, the continuous development of the bilateral relations in the economic, cultural and social spheres, with the officials agreeing the agenda of most important actions aimed at extending these.

In the meeting with the ambassador-designate of the Czech Republic Stanislav Kázecký, there were appreciated the high level and quality of the bilateral political dialogue, with the officials emphasizing the common wish to keep the intense pace of the Moldovan-Czech cooperation by identifying new projects of cooperation at the bilateral and multilateral levels.

Dumitru Socolan told the diplomats that the Moldovan side approves of the constant support for Moldova’s European aspirations and the unconditional assistance offered in doing reforms. He congratulated them and assured them of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration’s full support in the fulfillment of their duties.
