Approximately three million lei have been secured by the Chisinau City Hall following an auction for the lease rights of non-residential premises, IPN reports.
A total of 13 premises were leased, with an annual rental value of 2,835,530 lei.
The most expensive leased space was a ground-floor unit on Moscova Boulevard, 16. Initially priced at 600,000 lei, the annual rent ultimately reached 1,260,000 lei.
Various types of premises at 19 different addresses were put up for auction. Unsold premises will be reoffered in future bidding rounds.
