The Ministry of Health of Moldova received 10,000 rapid COVID-19 tests as a donation from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on Friday, IPN reports.
At the request of the Ministry of Health, the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) will deliver to the Moldova also a batch of medical equipment that will consist of electrocardiographs, surgical aspirators, oxygen concentrators, heart monitors, videolaryngoscopic devices, the Ministry noted in a press release.
In connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, NATO donated individual protective equipment and medical devices to the total value of over 40 million lei to Moldova.
