The national U-19 football team of Moldova scored a victory in the last match of the group within the 2018 UEFA European Under-19 Championships, IPN reports.

Moldova defeated Estonia 3-0 owing to the goals scored by Furtuna (2nd minute), Nihaev (80th) and Postica (85th).

Moldova ranked third in the group with three points. Earlier, the team trained by Oleg Fistican lost to Italy 0-4 and to Sweden 0-3.

Italy emerged victorious in the group after defeating the host of the mini-tournament Sweden 3-2 in the decisive match.
