National Resposibility Pact signed by over 900 Liberal-Democrats

More than 900 delegates from all over the country representing the Liberal-Democratic youth on November 23 signed the National Responsibility Pact for a European Moldova, IPN reports.

“By signing the National Responsibility Pact for a European Moldova, the young people transmit to the whole society the message that they do not want another way than the European integration. The young people want a future at home and this will be possible only if Moldova becomes part of the European Union,” said Andrei Spanu, deputy head of the Liberal-Democratic Youth Organization of Moldova.

After the signing of the pact, the young people took part in a conference titled “The Young People Choose Europe”, which is a continuation of the November 3 assembly, when tens of thousands of people supported the country’s European course.

On November 18, the Liberal Democratic Party launched the National Responsibility Pact for a European Moldova and called on the leaders of the parliamentary and extra-parliamentary parties, civil society and the ordinary people of Moldova to subscribe to it. The pact is a commitment as regards the European integration course.
