A series of documents and publications showing how the relations and cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union developed will be exhibited at the National Library in Chisinau on the occasion of Europe Day and the European Year of Cultural Heritage in Moldova, IPN reports.
According to the National Library, the event is designed to familiarize the general public with the EU’s policies and priorities in Moldova, the benefits of the European integration, the programs and financing opportunities offered by the EU. There will be ensured the visibility of the European communication and information activities of the National Library and its Pro-European Services and Communication Center, which facilitate the people’s access to European information.
The exhibits will also include books and albums from the collection of the Library’s Arts and Maps Service.
The exhibition will be opened at 12 noon on May 8.
