National Legislation Harmonization Plan for 2011 contains 60 legislative-normative actions
The Government Thursday approved the National Legislation Harmonization Plan for 2011. Deputy Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim said that it includes 60 legislative-normative actions in agriculture, social policy, public procurement, transport, financial services, economic cooperation, research and development and other areas, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Twenty-one of the projects cover such agriculture fields as phytosanitary, veterinary and zootechnical control. There will be set the parameters for fodder, seeds and planting material. Their adoption will allow increasing exports of agrifood products to the EU, including of products of animal origin, said Government officials.
A number of important regulations are to be approved to implement the plan of action for the future talks on the deep and comprehensive free trade agreement.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the National Legislation Harmonization Plan for 2011 represents a valuable instrument aimed at continuing the legislative reforms and forms part of Moldova’s efforts to develop the relations with the EU.
