A delegation of the Moldovan Parliament’s group of friendship with the People’s Republic of China will pay a five-day work visit to China. It will visit the municipalities Shen Zhen and Shang Hai, will meet with the administration of the permanent committees of the National Assembly of People’s Representatives of the two municipalities and will familiarize with the activity of economic entities operating in these cities, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the legislature. The delegation is headed by Deputy Speaker Liliana Palihovich. It also includes lawmakers Veaceslav Ionita, who leads the friendship group, Alexandru Stoianoglo, Alexandru Cimbriciuc, Constantin Starysh, and Gheorghe Anghel. While in Beijing, the Moldovan MPs will have meetings with the head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of People’s Representatives from all over China, Li Zaoxing, who is the chairman of the Committee’s group of friendship with Moldova, and the Committee’s deputy head Ma Wenpu. The two Chinese officials earlier visited Moldova. An official visit to Moldova was made last September by the deputy head of the permanent committee of the Great National Assembly of Representatives of the Chinese People Sang Guowei. The Moldovan Parliament’s group of friendship with the People’s Republic of China consists of 32 MPs.
