A national commission consisting of ten persons will monitor the flow of small arms and light weapons, IPN reports, with reference to a Government decision.
The commission will be made up of the secretaries of state of a number of ministries, the head and a specialist of the General Police Inspectorate, vice director of the Security and Intelligence Service and vice director of the Customs Service.
This will ensure the coordination of the national policies on the control of small arms and light weapons and will be empowered to convoke groups of experts.
