The national men’s beach soccer team of Moldova suffered three defeats in the World Championship qualifying round, the European Zone, IPN reports.

Moldova was beaten by Italy 3-11, England 5-6 and Greece 5-10. Valeriu Baiesu scored four goals, while Andrei Negara and Leonid Podlesnov by two. Amongst those who scored are also Vitalie Budigai, Denis Ciopa, Victor Comlionoc, Denis Banar, and Vitalie Lungu.

The team trained by Ruslan Barbaros ranked last in the group, while England and Italy qualified for the play-off round.
