Students are invited by the National Bank of Moldova to take part in a financial education event during October 29-31. The event is held in connection with the World Savings Day that is annually marked on October 31, IPN reports, with reference to the central bank.
Thus, on October 29, 30 and 31, the visitors could see the exhibition hall where it is kept the collection of commemorative and jubilee coins issued by the National Bank of Moldova and could also see other coins issued by the central banks of other states that were donated to the National Bank of Moldova. Experts of the bank will tell the students about the history of the national coin and about other financial subjects, including the safety elements of the Moldavan leu.
The visits will start at 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm. A visit will last for an hour.
Those interested should register before October 23, 5pm, through the email address educatie.financiara@bnm.md or by a private message on the National Banks’s Facebook page. Access to the bank will be possible based on the list, on the presentation of an identification paper.
