The National Agency for Energy Regulatory (NAER) suggested a charge of 15.5 lei (16.74 lei with VAT) per cubic meter of gas, according to a draft decision published on the Agency’s website. The meeting at which the new charge is to be approved will take place on Friday, November 29, starting at 10:00 a.m., IPN reports.
The gas charge proposed by the NAER is lower than the charge requested by Moldovagaz – 16.17 lei (17.46 lei with VAT).
Currently, consumers pay 13.12 lei per cubic meter of gas. The rate is 12.15 lei, plus 8% VAT.
