The Chisinau City Hall is putting up for auction various types of premises at 11 different addresses, with areas ranging from 11 to 183 square meters. These premises are available for rent only, without the right to privatization. They are non-residential spaces located on upper floors, basements, ground floors, technical floors, garages, or standalone structures, IPN reports.

The initial annual rent for the auctioned premises varies between 4,000 and 800,000 lei, with lease terms ranging from 5 to 7 years.

The auction will take place on April 11 at 10:00 in the meeting hall of the Centru Sector Administration. Interested parties must submit a set of documents to the organizer, Capitalimobil LLC, no later than 24 hours before the auction.
