The MPs of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists left the assembly hall of Parliament in protest at the non-inclusions of three proposals formulated by their group in the agenda of the sitting, IPN reports.
“Dear colleagues, three very important subjects were proposed for discussion in today’s siting of Parliament by the Bloc of Communists and Socialists. You, the parliamentary majority, refused to include these issues into the agenda. That’s why we will use our legal right and will not take part in the plenary sitting in protest,” said the head of the Bloc’s group Zinaida Grechanyi.
The BCS MPs proposed questioning the managers of the National Agency for Energy Regulation given the rise in fuel prices, questioning Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spînu, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, about the supply of gas by Gazprom and debating a bill to raise the salaries of doctors. The proposals were short of votes for being added to the agenda.
